
Booking Terms & Conditions
Bookings will only be accepted from the party leader who
must be over 18 years of age at the time of making the booking.
Upon receipt of your deposit, (£50 or 25% of the total
booking cost, whichever is the greater) we will confirm
your reservation of the booking. We will also detail the
cost of your booking: amount paid, and balances due.
The balance due must be paid within 8 weeks of your
arrival or the full amount should be paid at the time of
booking if the arrival date is sooner than 8 weeks at
the time of making the booking. If the balance is not
received within this time, we reserve the right to
cancel your booking.
Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing
by the party leader who has signed the booking form,
and does not become effective until received by us.
Any cancellation made after the date of our confirmation
of your booking, will be subject to the following charges:

If for any reason you ask to change your booking for an
alternative date within the same season, we will make
every effort to accommodate your request.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking, if due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes,
civil war, exchange controls, or if we regard it necessary
to do so. If such a cancellation is made, we will refund
all sums paid to us in respect of that booking.
It is your responsibility to arrange your own passport
and/or travel documentation, and ensure they are valid
and effective. We will not be held responsible for any disruptions in your travel arrangements, such as travel
to/from your airports, car parking, flights etc., however
they occur or with whomever they have been booked.
It is your responsibility to have adequate and suitable
holiday insurance cover.
The booking period of occupancy of the apartment is
from 12:00 hrs on the day of arrival and we request
that you vacate the property before 12:00 hrs on the
day of departure. This is to allow for the cleaning of
the property for the incoming guests. These times
can be extended by prior arrangement,
depending on incoming guests.
