1. Have several dates in mind & for how long you wish to go for ( your 1st choice may not be available.)
   
   
2. We will give you details of availability.
   
   
3. Book & pay for your flights and holiday/travel insurance.
   
   
4. Once you have your flight confirmation details, ring us to confirm your accommodation.
   
   
5. Fill out our Booking Form fully read “Our Booking Conditions” together with “What You Need to Know” documents, SIGN IT!
   Return the completed form to US with your Deposit/full payment, together with Proof of Flights & Insurance.
   
   
6. Upon receipt of your completed form & monies, we will issue you with a confirmation invoice/receipt. We now have a contract!
   
   
7. Contact us if you need help on where to find your flights.
   
   

Please inform us immediately of ANY CHANGES, if your Airline alters or cancels your flight (date, time of travel), tell us immediately.
